With over 16 years in the culinary world and more than a year with the Marlow Hotel group, Tim Hunt is a dedicated chef known for his passion and creativity. Holding certifications in Commercial Cookery and Food Safety Supervision, Tim's journey started in Kellyville before completing his apprenticeship in Penrith.

Proud of his continuous career growth, Tim believes that passion, care, punctuality, organization, and creativity define a good chef. He has worked across various culinary settings, finding inspiration in diverse flavours and cultures.

Described as passionate, dedicated, and knowledgeable, Tim's work ethic reflects his commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. He draws inspiration from chefs like Ben Shewry and Daniel Humm for their creativity and innovation.
